Holiday home in a quiet location in the Rottal with a barrel sauna

Rabenbrunn is a small, idyllically located farm in beautiful Lower Bavaria. It is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends. The property is located on a small hill. You can enjoy the tranquility and surrounding nature completely undisturbed. The space On the ground floor of the house is the kitchen, a living and dining area, a bathroom and a small storage room. On the upper floor of the house are all the bedrooms and another bathroom. In the garden, you can really relax in the new wooden barrel sauna with a view of our pond and the surrounding meadows. In summer, you can enjoy the unique view from various terraces! No neighbors, no road far and wide! A swing offers children the opportunity to let off steam to their heart's content. The hobby room with a foosball table and a ping-pong table is also available, as is a fire basket where you can make a campfire on a balmy summer evening. Want to have a barbecue? No problem! With the Weber gas grill, nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening with a view! From the vacation home, it's just a few steps to take a short walk in the woods or stroll across a flower meadow. Relax, unwind, recharge – that's what Rabenbrunn stands for. Guest access The whole house is at our guests' disposal. You will receive the key to the house from a key safe on the day of arrival. Other things to note In the outbuilding is a ping-pong table and a foosball box for free use. You are welcome to use the WEBER gas grill for barbecue and the existing firewood for a campfire. These areas are shared with the other vacation guests. In another part of the building, there is another, completely separate apartment for two to three people. This can be booked if necessary, just contact us. There is a carport in the yard. You can also park on the entire farm. In the case of extended stays, a paid intermediate cleaning, including new bed linen and towels can be booked.
