This newly furnished, spacious family villa offers peace, nature, and comfort for up to 12 guests. From the door, you can walk directly into the woods. 30 minutes from Charleville, 1.5 hours from Reims, 2 hours from Brussels. Please note: The garden is not yet fully landscaped. The space Living Room & Kitchen The kitchen with cooking island is the heart of this spacious house. While some of the group are cooking, others take a seat at the island with a glass of wine. The large dining table can comfortably seat 10 adults. The open-plan living room, featuring a spacious lounge sofa and a wood-burning stove, forms a single unit with the kitchen, framed by large windows overlooking the Semoy Valley. The fully automatic lighting always creates the right atmosphere. Outdoor Spa The private outdoor spa consists of a hot tub and a barrel sauna, available all year round. Ideal after an active day of kayaking, hiking, or cycling, or just to enjoy the tranquility and panoramic views over the valley. Some cabinets are for private use. This is indicated on the cabinets.
