The apartment has an American kitchen equipped with an electric induction cooktop and a frying pan for basic needs such as breakfast or grilling something. There is also an electric oven and a microwave to make life easier. It is located on the 22nd floor and has a beautiful view of the Pinacoteca region and Estação da Luz. It has fast internet and cable TV. Easy to get around both on foot and by public transportation. A few km from the Partio Higienopolis mall and PUC, Mackenzie and Faap colleges. The apartment has 3 supermarkets in its surroundings, as well as gyms, a gas station and restaurants. ATTENTION: the apartment does not have pots and pans and is not suitable for cooking elaborate meals. There is no piped gas, it has an electric cooktop and an induction frying pan, as well as an electric oven. The cooktop only works with induction cookware. Observe the voltage of the appliances before switching them to sockets. Red outlets are 220v. Towels and bed linens are provided, located inside the wardrobe. There are no cleaning items or laundry soap, but the apartment has a washing machine for up to 3 kg. There is a Dolce Gusto espresso machine and several markets nearby to purchase capsules. Eventually I provide one or two at check-in and then the supply is at the guest's expense. The TV does not have cable, only digital signal. High-speed internet. I don't provide bathroom items like soap and shampoo. In the kitchen, I provide detergent and some basic cleaning products.
