The space Gite du Dérochoir, a stone house that can accommodate up to 14 people. 6 bedrooms. 1 shower room. 3 toilets. On the ground floor: A large entrance with cupboard, a laundry room with washing machine, a boiler room for the wood-burning boiler, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a toilet 1 fully equipped kitchen, a large room of 65 m² with a dining area (table and chairs for 14 people) and a living area with sofa, wood stove and TV. From the living room you can go to the terrace or garden with views of a fenced fish pond, small table and some chairs are available on the terrace. On the second floor: 1 Bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 separate toilet, 1 desk with 2-seater sofa bed 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds including 1 bunk bed. Bed and bath linen are not included in the rate. Several options are available to you, for an additional charge to be paid in cash upon arrival. - Bathroom linens: €10 per set (1 large towel, 1 small towel, 1 washcloth). - Bed linen, to be folded at the end of the bed: €10 for a single bed, €15 for a double bed. - End-of-stay cleaning: €170. Otherwise, all the cleaning equipment and products are provided for you to do so. You can also bring your own bedding, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcase. 4 double beds are 140*190 The 6 single beds are 90 cm x 190 cm. Services included: Wi-Fi, firewood, electricity. In the village, a grocery store with bread depot. Many hikes or bike rides, we are at the entrance to the Planches gorge.
