The space The house has approximately 50 square meters of living space on two floors containing a living room with kitchen, dining area, bedroom, relatively large fully tiled toilet / shower room with combined washing machine and dryer and electric underfloor heating, living room / bedroom on the upper floor which is accessed via a beautiful Italian spiral staircase, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue . The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, cooker hood, coffee machine, kettle and other kitchen equipment. Android LED TV with built-in chromecast. Bedroom on the ground floor with double bed 160x200 and wardrobe with mirror doors. From the living room / bedroom on the upper floor you have a lovely view of the bay through a large round window (dia 2 m). Upstairs there are four 90x200 cm spring beds, a sofa bed 140x200 and a Brazilian large, cozy and very comfortable hammock. The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm. The sofa bed on the upper floor is best suited for children and young people. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for both adults, children and young people. The plot, the jetty and the boat are available only to those who rent the house. Boat with oars and electric outboard (86 Lbs) and included April-October. Boat may be available during other parts of the year but cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the weather. Targeted fishing for pike and perch prohibited March-May. Free fishing in the ocean. Fishing equipment and life jackets are included. There are many pikes and perchs. Close to Snärjebäcken with fine rainbow fishing. A number of nice swimming areas within 0.5 -2 km, supermarket, pizzeria and café within 4-6 km. The small protected archipelago is perfect for kayaking. Kayaks can be booked or rented on site subject to availability. A walking trail passes near the house. Pets are welcome. No smoking indoors. Guest access Garden, parking, pier and boat exclusively for those renting the house. Other things to note July - August the cabin is rented out weekly with Saturdays as exchange days. The rest of the year, the cabin is rented out by days. The price includes heating / AC, electricity, water, Internet via fiber, WIFI and Netflix. When renting for whole weeks (7 days), sheets and towels are included. When renting per day, sheets and towels are not included but can be ordered. Towels then cost SEK 100 / person and sheets SEK 150 / person. Plot, landing and boat are only available for those who rent the cottage. Boat with electric outboard and oars included. There are life jackets in different sizes. Pets are welcome. Extra fee of 50 Euro if pets are staying in the cottage. Smoking not allowed indoors. Free fishing in the ocean.
