Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This house is on the hill and gives you a view over the beautiful valley - Erkensruhr. On the dead-end road with different hiking areas, you imagine yourself somewhere else. 5 people sleep comfortably here, and a 6th person is possibly possible without. The neighbors around are sometimes present but often not. The Ruhr quietly ripples through the valley to a beautiful lake, but more entertainment is. The space The house has all the comforts. You enter on the second floor where there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The loft staircase takes you up to an attic with two single beds. The living room with kitchen is intimate and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The kitchen has a full set of equipment, so eating at home is no problem. From the bedroom with balcony you have views over the valley. The terrace from the living room is also wonderful with a beautiful view over the valley and you have wonderful space for the summer evenings and possibly a BBQ. Ideal for hikers, cyclists and even winter sports enthusiasts. Here you can just relax! Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, including the shared space with the neighbors where the washing machine and dryer are also located. A private garage for heavy and larger items may also be at your disposal. Other things to note The house is on a slope of a hill. Walking stairs to go up or down must be possible. The staircase is wide and has a pleasant walk. In addition, you can also park the car 'above' and you have to walk down via a goat path that runs comfortably. Unloading the car can be nice here.
