All surrounded by beautiful nature. Despite the natural location, you have close to grocery stores inside the community of Flen. There are also trains to Stockholm that can take you to the big city in an hour. Villa Hasselbacken can serve as a base for experiencing the best of rural environments to the big city's adventures. The space The villa has an open floor plan with a large and well-equipped kitchen and living room on the entrance level. In the kitchen there is a dining area, stove and TV. The same can be found in the living room. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. In the loft, there is a lounge area, a reading corner, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide). The Sutteräng floor has a library, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room, and three bedrooms, each with a 140-cm double bed. Around the house there is a large wooden deck furnished with dining area, barbecue and lounge. In the garden, there is also a pergola where there is a fireplace and dining area. On the property, there is also a playhouse for the little ones. There are good parking facilities with room for at least four cars. In a 3-minute walk, you will reach a cozy swimming area with a jetty, beach and a couple of swings. The hiking trail, Sörmlandsleden, passes by the house, which takes you on beautiful nature experiences. In the nearby community, Flen, trains run to Stockholm, among other places. The train journey to Stockholm Central takes only 53 minutes and costs about SEK 100 per person. By car, the same journey takes about 1.5 hours.
