"Polna Zagroda" - cottage for rent

Welcome to "Polna Zagroda". We offer a house with a large terrace, a gazebo with a barbecue and a large, fenced, developed area (exclusively for guests) with an area of over 2 hectares. Our facility offers 11 beds (+ one folding bed), we invite you to rent the entire cottage (families with children, organized groups of friends, etc.) as well as rooms for groups of several people (coming to temporary work in Kielce and the surrounding area or participants of the Kielce Fair, etc.). The space The house with an area of 160 m2 rented for guests includes: Ground floor: kitchen with access to a large covered terrace, spacious living room and bathroom, additionally separate toilet, and: • 1 bedroom (2 beds) Upstairs: bathroom and 4 bedrooms. • 1 double room (1 single bed, 1 double bed) • 1 triple room (3 single beds) • 1 double room (2 single beds) • 1 double room (2 single beds) • 1 double room (1 single bed, 1 double bed) There is a large gazebo with a barbecue, a swing, a place for a bonfire, a parking space, sun loungers, and two bicycles. For children, there is a playground: swing, slide, sandpit. House equipment: TV, radio, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, gas stove, iron, hair dryer, set of pots, cutlery and dishes, towels, washing machine. The 2-hectare farm is surrounded by a forest (possibility of mushroom picking), and the Ciemnica River flows in the border valley. The advantage of this place is the clean air, a large green area that guests can fully enjoy and relax with their family. The peace and quiet of the area allows you to observe the frequent migrations of deer, hares, wild boars and other forest animals. "Polna Zagroda" is the perfect place to relax, have fun with friends by the fire or barbecue. For guests who value active leisure, we offer walks, cycling and hiking, as well as ball games and badminton. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The minimum stay is two nights. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. The cottage is not intended for organizing large events (possibly depending on the nature of the event, the owner may allow it to be organized after prior agreement, but the price in this case may change). The host's house, Wiesława, is located in: Przyjmo, Świętokrzyskie, Poland. Our "Polna Zagroda" is located about 15 kilometers from Kielce (the capital of the voivodeship) and 1.5 kilometers from the national road 74, (15 minutes to Targi Kielce). In winter, you can use the ski slopes (the nearest Tumlin ski slope) about 7 km, in summer we will cool down on the Umer lagoon (about 7 km).
