"Polna Zagroda" - cottage for rent

We invite you to "Polna Zagrody". We offer a house with a large terrace, a gazebo with a barbecue and a large, fenced-in, landscaped area (exclusive to guests) with an area of over 2 hectares. Our facility offers 11 beds (+ one folding bed), we invite you to rent the whole house (families with children, organized groups of friends, etc.) as well as rooms for groups of several people (coming to temporary work in Kielce and the surrounding area or participants of the Kielce Fair, etc.). The space The house with an area (160 m2) rented to guests includes: Ground floor: kitchen with access to large covered terrace, spacious living room and bathroom, plus separate toilet, and: • 1 bedroom (2 beds) Floor: Bathroom and 4 bedroom rooms. • 1 double room (1 single bed, 1 double bed) • 1 room for 3 people (3 single beds) • 1 double room (2 single beds) • 1 double room (2 single beds) • 1 double room (1 single bed, 1 double bed) There is a large gazebo with barbecue, swing, fire pit, parking space, sun loungers, two bikes. For children, playground: swing, slide, sandpit. Home furnishings: TV, radio, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, gas stove, iron, hair dryer, set of pots, cutlery and dishes, towels, washing machine. The farm with an area of 2 hectares is surrounded by forest (mushroom picking), in the border valley flows the river Ciemnica. The advantage of this place is clean air, a large green area that guests can fully enjoy and relax in the family circle. The peace and quiet there allows you to observe frequent migrations of roe deer, hare, wild boars and other forest animals. “Field Farm” is an ideal place where you can relax, have fun with friends by the fire or barbecue. Guests who value active leisure time, we offer walks, cycling and hiking, as well as football games, badminton. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The shortest stay is two nights. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Pets are accepted upon prior arrangement. The cottage is not intended for organizing loud events (possibly depending on the nature of the event, the owner may authorize its organization after prior agreement, in which case the price may change). The home of the host Wiesław is located in: Przyjmo, Świętokrzyskie, Poland. Our "Polna Zagroda" is located about 15 kilometers from Kielce (the capital of the province) and 1.5 kilometers from the national road 74, (15 minutes away to Targi Kielce). In winter, you can use the ski slopes (the nearest Tumlin ski slope) about 7km, in summer we will cool off over the Umer flood (about 7km).
