The property has its own native garden, surrounded by centuries-old trees. A large, partially covered deck with various spaces for enjoying the outdoors, a grill, and private parking. Please, feel at home. Guest access The house is located on a plot, which will be 100% available and without shared areas. The published price includes central heating set to a stable temperature throughout the stay and ecological pellets for the fireplace (includes one bag per night of the reservation) Easily accessible and very close to hiking trails. You can tour the area and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The roads are regularly maintained and allow access in a 4×2 vehicle. In winter we suggest a 4x4 car, due to the possible snowfall. Our Casa-Refugio has enough space to park up to 3 vehicles, with no shared spaces. The house is very bright and modern. - Wi-Fi with Starlink for unlimited use, which will allow you to be connected via data. - Central heating, according to climate needs. We leave it set to a stable temperature throughout the stay. You don't pay extra to use it (we don't charge for gas as an additional item). - In addition to the heating, we have an ecological pellet stove.
