Check yourself in with the lockbox. We would provide instructions on how to check-in 15 minutes before check-in on the day of the arrival via wss. Guests are required to show all information including full name and ID number by snap ID Card/Passport in order for our check in record and match the information (OTA Booking). Do not make the booking for those guests that could not provide the required information. No refund will be provided for those do not want to provide. Take good care of the House's Key. Key Loss (RM300 penalty will be charge). Check-in at 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Early check-in is subjected to availability. Early check-in and late checkout are available at RM50 per hour if requested in advance. We prefer clean and responsible guests. We have put a lot of effort for your pleasure and comfort and in return we ask for your care of our cosy home.
