Nestled at the foot of the medieval walls, it features a separate bedroom with a glass partition, a living room with a sofa bed, and a charming private courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. The space This bright, cool and peaceful 35 m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a house dating back to 1490, nestled against the medieval walls of Le Mans’ Old Town. A fan is provided for your comfort. The living room features a sofa bed (118 × 186 cm) and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plus basic essentials (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices). The sleeping area is separated by a glass partition and includes a double bed (140 × 190 cm). The bathroom and toilet are separate. Towels, toilet paper and shampoo/body wash are provided. Bed linen is included, and the double bed is made up by default. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival so we can prepare it. The private courtyard offers a quiet place to relax. There is no TV or Wi-Fi, but mobile reception is available. Just steps from the Sarthe River and the historic centre, this apartment combines comfort and authenticity for a memorable stay in the heart of the Plantagenet City. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire 35 m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, as well as the private courtyard. The apartment above belongs to me but is currently unoccupied, ensuring complete peace and quiet with no neighbours upstairs. Access is through a private entrance. For parking, free parking is available along the river quays, directly in front of the property. Please do not park in the paved side lane, which is reserved for residents with a permit. Other things to note Neighbourhood: Located in the heart of Le Mans’ Old Town, within the Plantagenet City, just a 10-minute walk from Place de la République. Getting around: The train station is a 20-minute walk away, or 10 minutes by tram (Jacobins stop – Line 1, or Éperon-Cité Plantagenêt stop – Line 2). 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit: 15 minutes away by car.
