Hot outdoor tub and a charming riverside sauna available for rent The space Struka rental villa is one of Kotteria`s three rental cottages in Kymenlaakso. The cottage is situated by the river at Pyhtää, between Loviisa and Kotka, about 100 km from Helsinki to east. The river by the villa is very beautiful, almost tropical green route from Pyhtää center to the sea. By the river you can access the sea by boat and enjoy the stunning views along the lush river. SUITABLE FOR SMALL GROUPS AND FAMILIES The riverside villa accommodates up to 12 persons. The cottage is made of log-wood and it is has partly two-stories. The 130 m2 villa is suitable for holiday location, but also for meetings and small parties. The rental riverside villa has a large lounge, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, a sleeping-alcove bedroom, sauna, shower, a dressing room and a toilet. A large loft with sleeping facilities and a pool table. Two verandas opening onto the river. The living area has a direct view of the river. There is a separate sleeping alcove with a double bed above sauna. The alcove is accessed via a separate entrance from the sauna terrace and this alcove-bedroom is only accessible by ladder and it is not suitable for disabled people. A wood heated hot outdoor tub for rent at 80 euros per day. A cottage sauna included in the rent. A bigger riverside sauna for rent at 45 eur/day. Rowing boat included in the rent Other things to note A hot outdoor pool available for rent. Rental price for one day is 90 euros. Rent for weekend (Friday-Sunday) is 140 euros. For longer periods ask for an offer. Cleaning and bed linen are not included in the pricing. Bed linen and towels are 20€/set. You can either clean by yourself or order cleaning from us. Cleaning will be charged according to the work, but the minimum charge upon booking is 160 €. This includes 3,5 hours cleaning. Some pets might be allowed. Bringing pets must be agreed beforehand with the landlord in writing. Extra charge for each pet is 10€ per day.
