Our own stork's nest, which is visited regularly, offers a special spectacle. On two levels and covering approx. 70 m², you will find the ideal place for a relaxed break with the highest level of comfort. The ground floor – designer kitchen, bedroom: On the ground floor, you will find the high-quality NEFF fitted kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with the Thermomix TM5, dishwasher and full equipment. Also on this level is the stylish bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed and the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet. The upper floor – loft atmosphere & coziness: A special feature of Villa Pavian is the spacious living area on the upper floor. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the tranquil surroundings.
