Designated smoking areas are available in our outdoor gardens. · In-Room Dining Policy: To protect the heritage wooden interiors and antique furnishings from spills and odours, we restrict service within the guest rooms to beverages only. We encourage you to enjoy your meals in the beautiful, ambient settings of our Colonel’s Kitchen restaurant, the Blooming Garden Café, or al fresco in our scenic garden spaces. · Vintage Fireplaces: To add a touch of historic charm, some of our rooms feature functioning vintage fireplaces. For safety and specialist operation, these can be lit for you by our staff for an additional charge, creating a wonderfully cozy ambiance. For your utmost comfort, all our guest rooms are equipped with efficient room heaters to ward off the Ooty chill and large geysers to ensure 24-hour running hot water.
