You can walk to essentials you need during your stay ...BUT for adventures in the Mid-Coast you will want a car to visit local lighthouses, parks, hiking, boating, swimming and shopping. SECOND FLOOR. Ability to do stairs a must. There is plenty of privacy in the home. The hosts live offsite nearby and do occasionally access the downstairs apartment during the day. The Studio is twenty minutes from Penobscot Bay where you can plan all your sailing and kayaking adventures. We also have Camden Hills State Park for hiking day trips, and lighthouses along the coast for you to explore.
