The space The Property offers: > It's located on 4th floor and easily accessible by the lift in the building > 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 room locked for personal use) > 2 bathrooms (1 attached to the master bedroom, 1 common for the other 2 rooms) > Fully equipped kitchen & dining area > Living room with seating area > Balcony spaces with natural light > Access to shared pool (Seasonal and chargable additional) & garden Guest access Guests will have full access to: > 3 bedrooms > Living & dining area > Kitchen > 2 washrooms > Balcony spaces > Common society amenities (pool/garden) (subject to availability) Note: One bedroom remains locked for personal use. Other things to note Important Temporary Update for Guests We would like to inform our guests about a temporary situation in the residential society where the apartment is located. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of the society has recently been dissolved, and as a result, several members of the society’s maintenance staff have left their positions. Because of this, some common services within the society may not be functioning at their usual standard for the time being. At present, the swimming pool is non-operational until further notice, and you may notice that certain common areas of the society are not maintained as regularly as they normally would be. Additionally, assistance with designated parking slots may not always be available. That said, please rest assured that the apartment itself is fully operational and maintained carefully. Our housekeeping staff visits daily to ensure the apartment remains clean and comfortable for guests. Water supply is also managed regularly by switching on the building’s water motor for a few hours each day to ensure adequate water availability. We believe in maintaining full transparency with our guests and appreciate your understanding while the society resolves this temporary situation. 1. One bedroom remains locked. 2. Please maintain silence after 10 PM as this is a residential complex. 3. Daily housekeeping can be arranged on request at an additional charge. 4. No smoking inside the apartment Swimming Pool Guidelines for Guests: We want you to have a safe and relaxing time at the pool. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please keep the following guidelines in mind: > Pool Timings: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. (May to September) > Access: The pool is for society members, owners, registered tenants and their guests only. > Children: Kids under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. > Safety First: Enjoy the pool at your own risk. The society is not responsible for any accidents in or around the pool. > Hygiene: Please take a quick shower before entering the pool. > Behavior: Diving, running, horseplay, or loud noise is not permitted to maintain a calm and safe environment. > Swimwear: Proper swim attire is required (no T-shirts, shorts, salwars, sarees, kurtas, jewellery, diapers, etc.). Guests with long hair must wear a swim cap. > Food & Drinks: Not allowed in the pool area for hygiene and safety reasons. > Health: If you have skin infections, open wounds, a cold, sore eyes, or are wearing bandages, kindly avoid using the pool. > Courtesy: Please be respectful and cooperate with the society’s management and residents at all times.
