Guest access When a guest books a property they have use of the whole property as well as "The Den" which is a communal property that everyone has access to. It houses the gym, pool table, foosball table upstairs and play area downstairs equipped with books, games, DVD's, comfy seating area and giant chalk board. Guests also have access to BBQ with covered seating area and fire pit. Other things to note There is poor mobile phone reception within the cottage but internet calling works perfectly
