The home sits on 10 acres .The property is part of a successful racehorse training operation The space For a time during the 1960’s American socialite and racehorse owner Liz Whitney Tippett invited friends, including actors Burgess Meredith, Gregory Peck, John Houston, Bing Crosby and others here to the 18th century farmhouse that she had converted for the purpose. The stud was purchased by Mr and Mrs Stuart Murless in 1970 and was initially operated as a successful boarding operation for leading international breeders including H HThe Aga Khan and more recently as a racehorse training facility, currently operated by Mr Johnny Levins.
