The space This townhome is a highly sought-after end unit of the building. This means you get to enjoy much more natural light from eight additional windows that a middle unit does not have. There is also the gated green space at the side of the home where children and pets can play without parents worrying about them wandering away. Guests may also use this space to park their motorcycles, if they happen to have or rent them. There are two large bedrooms with balconies at the front of the house, and two smaller bedrooms at the back of the house. The living room has a smart TV and large external speaker that can be used with the TV or connected to your phone via bluetooth to allow you to listen to your music. The dining room has a 4 seat table that can be expanded to 8 seats. Additionally, there is a folding table and more chairs that can be set up for game night in the living room, or brought outside for dinner under the stars. Guest access Guests have access to this entire home, the parking space/front patio, gated green space, and the public areas of the private community. There is a garden/park with a fountain, park benches, walking/running track, exercise equipment, small child's rock-climbing wall, splash pad, structures that make great photo backdrops, and a mini market. We understand the property is not within the city limits, which is why we have priced such a large, new, beautiful home so low. House is 55km from KTI airport and 35km from the Royal Palace and other river front activities. Some people prefer to stay in a hotel in the busy, fast-paced downtown, right in the middle of everything, and some people prefer to retreat to a slower, quieter, peaceful home in the "suburbs."
