House in the fields with swimming pond and petanq.

Our rural house is located in "The Pallieterland" with its wide landscapes and winding dikes. An ideal place for cycling and walking. "The Azelhof" horse events, "De Jutse plassen" nature reserve and 3 forts are nearby. The residence is located 6 km from the city center of Lier with its historical monuments, "Begijnhof" and its cozy terraces. There is a lot to do in Lier! Boat trip on the Nete, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, mini golf, parks, city vests, playgrounds, tennis... The space The holiday home (80 m²) is surrounded by fields and meadows and is located at the end of a dead end street. Adjacent to the owner's house. There is a separate entrance door. Free car park. Attention!: the 2nd bedroom is small and low (7.5m² with a ridge height of 1m40h) and the bath with shower is in the corner of the kitchen, shielded by a shower curtain and a 4m long folding screen. (The bathroom is therefore not a lockable room with a door, but there is a large folding screen). Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with separate freezer, 2 ovens, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and the necessary kitchen supplies. Wardrobe space. Board games, chess set, children's pool, high chair. There is no cot but there is room to place a cot. Laundry room with sink and sink, washing machine and cupboards. Hall with coat rack and toilet. Exclusively for guests: a south-facing garden with a petanque court, hammock, shady areas for dining, a covered terrace, BBQ, table tennis, darts, a gazebo with sun loungers, cushions, parasol and hammock. The swimming pond is communal (shared with my husband and me) and is heated with solar energy in the summer. 1st floor: Living and sleeping area with 2 pers. bed (1m80b), a 3 pers. sofa, large corner desk, smart TV. Adjacent a small sleeping area (7,5 m²) with 2 pers. bed (1m80b) with a ridge height of 1m40 high. This sleeping area is separated by a wall and has no door. A DVD player with movies and CD player. Adjacent to bedroom 1 there is a large south-facing roof terrace with a wide view and always sun! Deer, pheasants, hares, herons, ducks, swans, foxes and squirrels occasionally visit us in the meadows next to our garden! The prices include bed, bath and kitchen linen.  Possibility to place a tent in the garden. The maximum occupancy for a house plus tent is 4 pers. Bring your own tent. Pitch is free There is no stair gate for the little ones, but a screen can be placed. Please bring your own beach towels for swimming. There are flying windows and solar eclipses. There is free parking space.  Minimum 3 nights. Check-in: from 4 pm to 11 pm or later. Check-out: 10h30'am or earlier. Please let us know which time you wil check in approximateley. notify me when you are about to check in. Guest access You do not have to share the house and your private garden with other guests.
