The space My farmhouse is located in Beaufort Blavincourt, a village adjoining Avesnes le Comte where you will find all the local shops within 5 minutes including Carrefour Market, Aldi, 2 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, Friday market, 2 pizzerias, restaurant... Ideally located in the Artois countryside, 30 minutes from Arras, 40 minutes from the Louvre-Lens, 1 hour from the Opal Coast (Berck-sur-Mer, Le Touquet), 50 minutes from Amiens, and 1 hour from Lille, you can visit the most beautiful places in the Hauts-de-France region. You will find the calm and serenity of the countryside and, weather permitting, enjoy my garden for a good barbecue, swings for your children, or walks in the surrounding countryside. Guest access With the exception of my own bedroom, which has a lock protecting access, and the spa bath, which is not in service, you have access to the whole of my farmhouse, the veranda and the garden, which I offer you during my travels. You will be there with peace of mind. Other things to note The good value for money of renting my house is due to the fact that I do not charge a cleaning fee. Bedding and towels are provided. In most cases, the beds will be ready upon your arrival. However, if your stay follows the departure of previous tenants, you will have to make your beds because I will not be there to do it (bedding and towels are in the double bedroom closet). By choosing to stay in my house, you agree to return it in the same condition as you found it: all utensils and furniture used clean and tidy, vacuumed, and if the floor is dirty, clean it with soapy water (Carolin, bucket, and wet cleaning mop are available). Used bedding and towels should be removed and placed in the bathtub. Garbage bags for your waste should be sealed tightly and placed in the gray-lidded dumpster. Thank you for your understanding.
