Countryside Family Home near York

This is our family home which is yours to use whilst we are away. It would suit a large family or two families coming together for a weekend away or holiday. Guests are welcome to use the trampoline and climbing frame in the garden, the gym and office space. There are also toys and books to suit a range of ages. One of the double bedrooms with ensuite is downstairs which would also suit families coming with elderly or less mobile relatives. Our home is 20-30 minutes outside of York. The space There are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 single. There is also a cot up in one of the rooms. The master bedroom upstairs has an en suite. Also upstairs is the family bathroom and a seperate shower room. The 4th double bedroom is downstairs which also has an ensuite with jacuzzi bath! The kicthen diner has an aga and oven with hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sink. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in.the utility room which guests are welcome to use In the dining room there is socialable bench seating which comfortably sits 8-10 people around the table and a high chair is available. There is a playroom off the kicthen and a separate lounge, both with TVs with access to Netflix, iplayer etc. The playroom has a range of toys guests are welcome to use. Down stairs we also have an office space, home gym and conservatory. The large south facing garden has a trampoline and climbing frame which guests are welcome to use. The garden backs onto fields with a beautiful uninterrupted view of the Yorkshire countryside and there are a number of lovely walks from the house. There is parking for 4-5 cars on the drive. Guest access Entire house and garden Other things to note Location: Ellerton is a very friendly village with a no through road meaning there is little traffic through the village. There is a pub and a micro brewery in the village as well as a small farm shop. The village is on the river and there are many beautiful walks from the house. There is a spa and golf club 1.5 miles away, York is a 20-30 minute drive and the pretty market towns of Pocklington and Howden are 15-20 minutes away.
