You have two large bedrooms with 160 cm double beds offering real hotel comfort, as well as a cabin bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children (up to 1.50 m). Each space has been designed to combine practicality and well-being. The spacious and light-filled living room invites you to share convivial moments after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as if you were at home... if you don't want to try the local restaurants! Located in a quiet environment, you are ideally placed to explore Reims on foot: the Basilica of Saint Remi is only 200 meters away and the Cathedral is less than 10 minutes away. The biggest Champagne houses are also very easily accessible on foot. A prime location to fully enjoy the Reims experience, between heritage, gastronomy and lifestyle. Guest access Access to the accommodation: Arriving via the A4 or N51, follow direction Reims Centre then take exit n°22 – Reims Centre. Then continue towards Reims Saint-Remi / Centre Hospitalier / Épernay, then follow Saint-Remi. 📍 The accommodation is located only 300 meters away: 2 rue Simon, 51100 Reims 🧭 For easy and error-free access, we recommend that you enter the address directly into Google Maps or Waze. Free 🚗 parking available near the accommodation. The entire apartment will be at your disposal. Keys are handed over on site by appointment (WhatsApp messages) or outside scheduled hours, at my place of work 2 km away, also by appointment. Other things to note Breakfast is not included, but everything is provided on site for a great start to the day, with tea and coffee available. Just a 4-minute walk away, you will find an excellent artisanal bakery, “Multi Saveurs Fournil”, much appreciated by Rémois for the quality of its products. Its location is shown on the map available in the apartment so you can easily find your way around upon arrival and fully enjoy the neighborhood.
