Gîte la Lézardière The house is ideally located halfway between Château Thierry and Dormans in a very pleasant environment in the middle of a hamlet of about thirty inhabitants. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people (4 adults maximum). The space The accommodation consists of the following: On the ground floor: - Living room with sofa bed, coffee table, TV, dining table. - Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (pods available), board games, books ... - Bathroom with shower, washing machine - Separate toilet - Storage space with cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, iron and small ironing table On the 1st floor: Accessible by wood stairs from the living room. - Bedroom 1: double king size bed 180 x 200 cm. - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds modular into a double bed (80x190), garden view. Outdoors: - Beautiful garden in front of the house - In summer, terrace with dining table for 4 people, umbrella, barbecue. On request: provision of a crib, high chair, booster, - Private indoor pool (dimensions: 7 x 3.50 m), heated, shower and toilet, open during scheduled hours all year round (4 hours per day in total), towels available. - parking in front of the house Guest access Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden. No outsiders are allowed. - The entrance to the accommodation is independent with the owners living nearby. - Linens and towels included for the accommodation and pool. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
