Gite on 2 levels with garden and private parking space, you will find: - on the ground floor: a beautiful living room with a stone floor including a fully equipped kitchen and a warm living room Separate toilet Toilet - upstairs: 1 comfortable large bedroom with a double bed in 140 X190, and a child bed in 90 X 190. The 2 spaces can be separated by a curtain. 1 adorable small bedroom with a 120 X 190 country bed. The environment can meet all your needs or aspirations Do you need a studious, creative stay, to decompress while teleworking? The accommodation is equipped with fiber to facilitate connections. Relaxing stay to recharge your batteries: calm and nature are conducive to serenity… Enjoy the garden of birdsong, the merry-go-round of squirrels, the rustling of leaves as well as the starry sky. Romantic stay: the authentic charm of the accommodation guarantees you a cocooning stay. Discovery stay: the region offers many activities according to your interests: castles, tapestry museum, giant labyrinth, Chabrières wolf park, Clautres animal park, Jaumatres stone site, Landes pond reserve, Lake Vassivière... many medieval villages... Sports stay: many hiking or mountain biking trails are available on quiet roads and paths. Long stay accepted. Towels and bed linen provided. Basic groceries on site: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, a few coffee pods (Senseo coffee maker), some tea, herbal teas. Baby equipment will be installed upon request: baby bed, baby bath, deckchair, highchair. No pets allowed. The gîte is non-smoking. Other things to note Pets not allowed No smoking in the gîte.
