You can fully enjoy and use all rooms during your stay. Other things to note All guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form and pay the city tax in accordance with Czech legislation before arrival. A link to the registration will be sent to you online. 🚭 Smoking in the apartment and all areas of the building is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will incur a €100 penalty. Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Before 5:00 PM, only the loss of keys is charged at €100. After 5:00 PM, our shift ends and any assistance related to keys (including loss, locking out, or other issues) will incur a €100 charge. In exceptional cases, we may not be able to help with unlocking doors. In such a situation, a locksmith will need to be called, and the cost will be covered by the guest, as we do not reimburse locksmith fees. This accommodation is equipped with the "Minut Home Sensor" device, which detects any noise and helps guests keep noise levels under control during their stay. For this purpose, I share limited amounts of your data (name, phone number, and booking details) with Minut. The Minut Sensor respects privacy.
