It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large 70 m² living room, with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. Central heating and air conditioning. Each room in the house has a thermostat to select the temperature. An outbuilding adjoining the house has been restored to accommodate a relaxation area, equipped with a jacuzzi, a foosball table, and a bar. Outside, you will enjoy a 70 m² terrace as well as a petanque court that can be used in the evening. Garden furniture & barbecue available. The property covers 6,000 m², surrounded by nature, fields and forests. Guest access The barn and the entire property are entirely reserved for you. A second barn is being restored on the estate, but it is not inhabited. You will therefore enjoy all the spaces in complete privacy.
