Complaints or disturbances may result in eviction. - Drink responsibly, disorderly or antisocial behaviour is not permitted. - No illegal activity or drugs. - Pets are not allowed. - Shoes should not be worn on indoor areas - Caring for the Space - Keep the apartment tidy and treat furnishings with care. - Do not move furniture. - Use appliances safely and switch off the stove, lights, and A/C when not in use. - Never tamper with smoke alarms, security cameras, or other safety devices. - Guests are responsible for any damage or lost items (charged at replacement retail cost). - Report any issues or damage immediately. Parking - Use only designated parking spaces and avoid blocking others. Fees & Charges - Noise / police call-out: $200 - Unauthorised parties or events: $2000 and full void of booking - Smoking inside: $1000 - Illegal activity: $1000 + police involvement - Excessive cleaning: $250 - Lost keys: $400 - Lockout service: $250 (after midnight: $200–$300) - Early check-in (before 3 PM) or late checkout (after 11 AM): $100 - A security bond of $400 may be requested at the host’s discretion. It will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout if the apartment is left in good condition. Long Stay Guests (21–180 Days) - For stays of 14+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is recommended. - Refresh & Restock + Full Clean: $180 - Cleaning schedules for extended stays will be customised to keep the apartment in top condition.
