Quiet and cozy house, ideal for peaceful stays with family or friends, accommodating up to 6 guests + baby, with 3 bedrooms. It features a covered porch with a table for enjoying meals outdoors, a private patio, and spaces designed for relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, radiator, and space heater. It also has a crib and baby accessories so you can travel lighter. Located in a very quiet area, close to the sea and the mountains. The space Stays: - Master bedroom: double bed. - Second bedroom: 35-inch (90 cm) twin bed. - The third bedroom is an open space: double bed + 35-inch bed + crib (on request). Living and dining room: spacious and bright, with access to the porch. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and utensils. Full bathroom with a small portable heater. Outdoor: Covered porch with table for 6 guests Backyard private Private entrance on a quiet cul-de-sac with a playground at the end of the street. In front of an open soccer field (currently not in use). Extra facilities: Night lights in children’s rooms. Guest access Guests have access to the entire dwelling: living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, bathroom, covered porch, and private backyard. The house is for exclusive use during the stay. Other things to note There may be brief access to the patio for the technical maintenance of the pool located on the adjoining property.
