For quieter moments, retreat to the cosy snug, complete with an L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked bookcase – perfect for family movie nights, catching up on your favourite shows, or simply curling up with a good book. Willow Barn comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Four feature luxurious king-size beds, while the fifth offers two cosy single beds – all designed to a high standard with thoughtful touches to ensure a restful stay. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with an ensuite bathroom complete with a modern shower, offering a private space to unwind. Willow Barn features four well-appointed bathrooms to suit the needs of all guests. This includes the master ensuite, a family bathroom with both a bath and shower, a separate modern shower room, and an additional W/C. Each space is thoughtfully designed with contemporary fittings and plenty of convenience, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone during your stay. The highlight of Willow Barn is its expansive 4-acre garden, offering a peaceful countryside retreat for guests of all ages. A particular standout is the private hot tub on the patio by the old barn – perfect for soaking while taking in uninterrupted views of the surrounding fields and Norfolk countryside. Whether you’re entertaining friends or simply relaxing under the open sky, the gardens provide a serene and versatile outdoor space to make the most of your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Please note that due to the necessary and regular hot tub cleaning / water change, it may not be fully up to temperature at the time of check in. Other things to note • Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply) • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition. • Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
