The spacious living room features exposed chestnut beam ceilings and antique terracotta flooring, with a 42-inch TV area and major streaming services, as well as a relaxation area in front of the fireplace. From the living room, you can access the heart of the villa, a unique space with a large kitchen equipped with a central island, a dining area with an 18-seat wooden table that can comfortably accommodate the entire group during convivial moments, and a large fireplace where you can cook over an open flame even when it's raining outside.
