Heated cottage with conservatory and swimming pool for rent!

Slow down a bit in this unique, detached accommodation for 2 people (possibly 3 with a folding bed). On the edge of Vianen lies this lovely wooden garden house with a conservatory and swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, which immediately gives you a vacation feeling! From the cottage, you walk through a private gate to your own car or the bus stop. From this location, you can quickly reach large parts of the Netherlands! PLEASE NOTE: In 2027, the cottage will be expanded to include a bedroom with a double bed. The space The cottage has underfloor heating and is fully insulated, making it quickly cozy and suitable for all seasons. It has a living room with a new fold-out sofa bed (with bedding & topper) and a kitchen, which are separated by a wall with smart TV (Ziggo subscription with ESPN for football). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment: double hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, air fryer, egg cooker, kettle and coffee machine (free tea and coffee!). There is a neat toilet and bathroom with spacious shower. The cottage has its own WiFi network, is fully insulated and has underfloor heating. If necessary, a third sleeping place can be created by means of a fold-out bed. Guest access Parking is easy in front of the house. Through a private entrance, you will reach the cottage. In addition to the cottage, you can also use the connecting cover and closed conservatory by glass doors. The swimming pool and the adjacent lawns can also be used. The swimming pool is available from April to October, because we do not heat it. Because there is a screen over it, the temperature of the water is quickly cozy! Other things to note In addition to the rates mentioned in the app, we are obliged to collect €1.50 per person per day in tourist tax. This amount can be paid to the host upon arrival.
