Here you live in a quiet part of the city center, with walking distance to restaurants, shopping, cultural events, football games, concerts and the city's most popular attractions. Trondheim Central Station is only 1 minute walk away. Getting around is easy with public transport, car, bicycle, electric scooter or on foot. 🏠 About the apartment: This tasteful 45 m² penthouse is located on the 4th floor of the building, with both elevator and stairs for easy access. The apartment fits perfect for couples, families and small groups. From April 1, we offer the city's cheapest(!) parking space! We have a parking space 3 metres from the front door. The backyard/parking lot is secured with high fences, code lock, floodlights and camera surveillance! (See pictures below! ⚠️NB! You must notify that you want parking for it to be valid! 🔑 Check-in: You will receive a digital key code before arrival – no physical check in or check out necessary. With the Unlock app, you have digital access to all the doors you need and don't have to meet the host for check-in or check-out! 🛏️ Bedrooms: • Quiet bedroom facing the fjord, with comfortable double bed. • New sofa bed for two with thick mattress topper – feels like a real bed! Only takes 1 minute to prepare. (Video on pre-arrival message). • Possibility of additional bed (5 guests + infants(-1yrs) in total, must be notified in advance) • Own cot, high chair, children's cutlery, drawing materials, etc. (must be notified in advance). The master bedroom has mobile chargers on both sides of the bed. Type USB-C and USB-Lightning. 2 on each side. 🛋️ Living room Bright and airy living room with a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed and a 55" smart TV. Perfect for movie night after a day in the city. Dining room with space for 6! 👨🏻‍🍳Kitchen and comfort: • High quality coffee machine ✅ • Coffee Press ✅ • Hot water kettle ✅ Fully equipped with everything you need: stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and most of the kitchen utensils for both everyday and cozy meals. 🛁 Bathroom. Tiled and cozy bathroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board – everything you need for a longer stay. 30-litre water heater that has quick re-heating if it is not completely emptied. 💡 Practical information: • Free high speed Wi-Fi • Ample storage space and own bike parking • Beds made and towels ready upon arrival • Cleaning included – you only need to remove the bed linen and put it in the blue laundry bag on departure and bring the garbage that is thrown down in your own garbage room. ⏰ Early check-in / late check-out: By appointment, we can adjust in/out a bit, but due to logistics with cleaning help and other guests, we can usually not promise anything more. 🛄Luggage storage: We can occasionally, by prior arrangement, store luggage from 12pm on the day of check-in. This also applies to extra beds for the living room. This is sent as an additional requirement on Airbnb or by agreement. We are helpful with most equipment⚠️ Other things to note 🛌 Beds and equipment: The apartment has 5 beds as standard, with 1 comfortable extra single bed so that the capacity is five adult guests on request + 1 child under 1 year. The master bedroom has mobile chargers on both sides of the bed. Type USB-C and USB-Lightning. 2 on each side. 👶 For families and practical use: • Baby cot/travel cot that fits in bedroom ✅ • High chair with tray and soles, board games and some toys and drawing equipment ✅ • Iron and ironing board ✅ • Hair dryer ✅ ⛑️ The first aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet. Fire blanket is located over kitchen fittings. Fire extinguisher in the closet in the hallway. Familiarize yourself with where this is, emergency exits and fire procedures for the building hanging in the exit.❤️‍🩹 🚓 Safety: 🚨 The apartment is connected to the Alarm Centre and the Sector Alarm security company, with both burglary and fire monitoring. What looks like a camera in the corner of the living room is a smoke and heat sensor, not a camera! In the event of an alarm, security personnel from the company and possibly the police will go to the apartment! The apartment is equipped with a ceiling-mounted central fire extinguishing system for the entire building. Directly connected to the fire department when the alarm is triggered.
