On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay with complete independence. The living room has a fold-out sofa with a comfortable mattress, ideal for accommodating an extra guest. Upstairs, the atmosphere changes. The space is entirely dedicated to rest and well-being: a 160 cm queen size bed, a private hot tub, a shower, and a sauna just for you. The sleeping area is open to this spa world, with no separation — an architecture designed for a cocooning and sensory atmosphere. Note: The upstairs is an open plan area, without a separating door. Outside A private 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) terrace, facing south, completes the accommodation. This is where evenings take on their full meaning: a charcoal barbecue at your disposal, the warmth of the setting sun and the calm of the Breton countryside. Please plan to bring your charcoal. PETS Pets are welcome. Please specify this at the time of booking. Location L'Escale Lomy enjoys an ideal location between the sea and nature. The beach is a 12-minute walk away, and the Sentier des Douaniers GR34 trail is just 5 minutes from the property — perfect for a morning walk before coming back to enjoy the hot tub. The beaches and port of Pléneuf-Val-André are 5 minutes away. Erquy, Cap Fréhel and Saint-Brieuc are 20 minutes away. Dinan is 45 minutes away. Rennes and Saint-Malo are about 1 hour away. OPENING HOURS Check-in after 4pm — Check out before 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request, for an additional fee of 15 euros per hour. This rate covers the adjustment of the cleaning schedule, the advance preparation of the accommodation, and additional charges. CLEANING The cleaning fee includes the complete care of the linens, washed at 60°C, as well as the complete disinfection of the accommodation — with special attention paid to the spa area, which is cleaned and disinfected after each departure. Thank you for leaving the accommodation in good condition when you check out. ACCESS The entrance is completely independent via an on-site key box. Options on request Want to mark the occasion?
