Easy fast access to Rte. 1 or I-95. Three comfortable bedrooms are waiting for you, all featuring fluffy 100% down duvets and good quality sheets. There is a spacious kitchen with dining options or try the dining room or outside patio during the summer. We have one bathroom upstairs with an antique claw tub/shower and a half-bath on the 1st floor. Feel free to use the washer and dryer located next to the bedrooms. A 40" TV with ROKU and wifi. A electric water kettle is available for tea and coffee. (coffee press or filter coffee maker) There is a large gas bbq/grill outside for use Spring to Fall. One of the best things about my house is the location. You can walk to the downtown area to eat out and not worry about driving. However, if you drive, it will take you just 2 minutes! A "win-win"! Another excellent point about the location is the easy access to route 1. It is just 2 minutes away. You can stay in Bath and explore the coastline or head inland. Please no pets due to allergies!
