Spacious & Bright Private Suite at East Falls

Welcome to East Falls, your home while in Philadelphia! This totally private apartment is entirely for your use during your stay. Centrally located. Fully furnished with Wifi. Great neighborhood. Transportation is very accessible. A trendy and upbeat neighborhood, everything is within walking distance from train/bus station, cafes, bars and restaurants. I love that it is close to the City without being in the City. We get to enjoy being close to the Schuylkill River and the trees. The space This apartment is furnished with the essentials that will make your stay feel more like home. Complete with a queen-sized bed, 1 double bed, full bath with washer-dryer, WIFI internet, and a full kitchen. The deck has outdoor furniture including a Grill. In the kitchen, you have a coffee maker with a selection of coffees and teas, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric cooking range and toaster oven. There is a living room with 1 convertible sofa, and chairs as well as a play area for the kids. The sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep up to 2 people. The second bedroom is connected to the first bedroom which is ideal for kids. Please note that this is on the second floor. I have another apartment on the ground floor should you prefer to not climb the stairs. Guest access You will receive your own key to the apartment and will be able to come and go as you need to – there are no curfews, only complete flexibility! You will have access to the entire apartment including the deck. All we ask is to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Unfortunately, parties or social gatherings that might create a disturbance to other residents are not allowed as we want to maintain a considerate and quiet residential living environment. The basement is off limits unless coordinated with us ahead of time. Other things to note There is on-street parking available for 2 hours from 7am-9pm. Details in the manual I provide upon arrival. No limit parking also available just about 5 minutes walk, about 2 - 3 blocks always. We will always prepare the apartment for 2 guests staying, sharing the queen bed. If you need to have separate beds, kindly book for 3 so we will know to prepare the second bed. Should you be traveling with more guests, please let me know so we can prepare accordingly. It can sleep 4-6 people comfortably depending on your tolerance. No parties, please. No pets No Smoking
