Lake Karāpiro, Podium Café, Sanctuary Mountain, Waipuke Domain and Takapoto Estate are all nearby. You’re warmly welcome to wander the long farm driveway and explore the surrounding walkways that wind beneath Mount Maungatautari’s shadow or along Lake Karapiro — perfect for morning strolls or sunset views. Other things to note • Easy parking: There’s a generous turning area with plenty of space for cars, floats, or trailers. • Simple access: Entry is via a short set of easy steps leading to the private deck and studio. • Peaceful surroundings: The property is set back from the road for privacy and quiet. • Walk & explore: Guests are welcome to enjoy a walk along the long farm driveway and nearby walkways — perfect for sunrise or sunset strolls. Early or late check-ins/check-outs are fine- just let us know plans in advance. 🐶 Pets are welcome! We just ask you to bring their own beds and keep them on a lead for walks as we are on a working farm.
