Early check-in is not available, but you can self-check-in anytime after 3:00 PM using the instructions provided. 2️⃣ Check-Out Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A ₱1,000 fee per hour will apply if exceeded, to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest. 3️⃣ Verified Identity All guests must provide a valid Government ID (locals) or Passport (foreigners) via Airbnb message, along with your vehicle plate number if applicable. This helps ensure smooth registration. Missing information may result in cancellation or no-show status. 4️⃣ Maximum Occupants Only the guests listed in your booking may stay. Unregistered visitors may result in immediate eviction and a ₱1,000 charge per extra person per day. 5️⃣ Age Requirement Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. 6️⃣ Shoes Kindly remove shoes upon entering and place them near the kitchen area. 7️⃣ No Smoking This is a strictly no-smoking property. Guests agree to follow house rules and use the space responsibly. 1️⃣6️⃣ Check-In Inspection & No Refund Policy Upon arrival, please inspect the unit within 30 minutes and report any issues via Airbnb messages. After this 30-minute window, the unit is considered accepted and in good condition. No refunds will be issued for issues reported beyond this period. If a valid concern arises, the host may offer a replacement unit or alternative solution, subject to availability.
