The house is ideally located 1 minute drive from Lourdas & Trapezaki beach. It is maisonette with excellent views, in a plot of 2 hectares. garden & trees. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob & microwave) the first bedroom and bathroom (toilet, shower/hydro-massage). Above is the second bedroom with its own bathroom (toilet, 2 sinks and bathtub) and large terrace with views of Zante. The space The house is located in one of the best resorts of the island, with a spectacular view of the sea between Kefalonia and Zante from one side, and of the other side mountain Ainos. The spot is ideal for excursions because it is only 7 miles away from Argostoli (the capital city) and only few minutes walking from the sandy beaches of Lourdas, Kanali and Trapezaki. It is builded in 2011 in a very modern style, with only a few houses nearby. You can relax and enjoy your holidays with privacy.
