It’s designed to be a relaxing retreat, and we ask you to treat it as you would your own. Thank you for choosing to stay here—we’re thrilled to host you. House Rules 1. Check-In and Check-Out: • Check-in time: After 2:00 PM. • Check-out time: By 11:00 AM. 2. Government-issued ID required: • For security purposes, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar card, Driving License, or Passport) prior to check-in. 3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. 4. Respect for Neighbors: • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. 5. Pets: • We love furry friends, but unfortunately, this space isn’t pet-friendly. 6. Energy Conservation: • Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the house. It helps us keep the planet (and utility bills) in check! 7. Guests and Gatherings: • For safety and comfort, only guests included in your booking are allowed in the home. No parties or events, please! 8. Visitors: • For security and privacy reasons, visitors are not allowed at the apartment. Only registered guests are permitted during their stay. 9. Damage and Loss: • In the event of any damage, breakage, or loss of property, furniture, or appliances caused by our guests, the guest will be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, as per our policy. 10. Bed Linens & Towels/ Cleaning • For longer stays Bed linens and towels will be changed on the 3rd day of your check-in. If you request additional changes during your stay, a fee of Rs 300 per change will apply. Each change includes: - 2 Bedsheet - 2 Duvet Cover - 4 Pillow Covers - 4 Towels - 1 Hand Towel Cleaning is scheduled every alternate days for long stays. Or everyday if requested with extra cost. 11. There is no dedicated parking space available . Guest have to park at service road just opposite to the property at their own risk. Please let us know in advance if you require any extra changes. Other things to note Sleeping Arrangements • 2 Bedrooms: 2 queen-size beds (comfortable for up to 4 guests) • Living Room: 2 sofa-cum-beds (for additional guests upto 4 guests ) Bathrooms • Please note: The bedrooms do not have attached bathrooms. • There is 1 common washroom on the first floor and 1 common washroom on the second floor accessible to all guests. As this is an individual row house, guests may need to switch on the water motor for about 30–40 minutes to fill the tank and ensure there is no water shortage during their stay. If the apartment is left untidy after the checkout , this will incur extra charge for cleaning as it takes extra efforts and time for housekeeping team to clean the apartment. Instructions for group : If there is a gathering of more than 4 people or if the place is being used for a party, a refundable security deposit of ₹1000 will be required. If there is any damage to the property or if extra guests are added without informing the host in advance, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
