Cosy one bedroom cottage in quaint village

Discover our newly refurbished cosy cottage in the heart of Barkby Village—perfect for singles or couples seeking a relaxing getaway or productive weekday stay. Enjoy a pub just steps away, local walks, and nearby Thurmaston, Syston, and Leicester (25 mins). The cottage features off-road parking, a modern open-plan lounge/kitchen with TV, a comfy double bed, ensuite shower, and a private patio. Your perfect home away from home. The space As you arrive you will have access to off road parking and there is also free parking on the road. You will walk through a wooden gate to the right hand side, please mind the step. There is a sensor light by the main door located down the side of the cottage. To access the keys for the property there is a key safe next to the front door, these will allow you to access the cottage using the front door. We will share the code prior to your arrival. As you enter you will walk into an open plan lounge/ kitchen which offers a comfortable and homely feel with a fresh modern look. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and a fitted breakfast bar. The lounge offers a TV and games for your entertainment. Up the carpeted staircase you will find a comfortable double bed, dressing table, clothes rail, full length mirror and storage cubes. The bathroom is adjoined which offers a shower and heated rail. We have our own private patio area with a table and chairs outside. Extra blankets/ towels are provided! Guest access The whole cottage is for sole use Other things to note All we ask is that you respect it, follow our house rules, and leave as you would like to find it. If there are any damages, breakages, spillages we would really appreciate being informed about them so we can try and fix/ clean appropriately prior to our next guests checking in! We take so much pride in our little cottage and want all guests to benefit from the love and care we pour into it :) thank you in advance!
