For those up for a short trip, the popular tourist destination Phillip Island is only 25 minutes away. The tiny house is perfectly situated among the trees, with free-roaming alpacas and horses. Our cockatoo might even ask for a pat and a treat! A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette equipped for cooking, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our alpacas may roam freely. If you’d prefer the alpacas inside the paddock, please let us know in advance. Fire Safety Notice: The fire pit may be unavailable during extreme heat, high winds, or fire ban days to ensure guest safety. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny home and enjoy (2) complimentary 600ml water bottles. Firewood Available $15 per 15kg bundle Please cross over the horse paddock. You are welcome to pat the horses over the fence, and they’ll come over. Meet the Highland Cattle! For $20 per person, guests can pat, brush, and take photos with our two Highland cattle. Please contact the host in advance to arrange a time. Other things to note - No WiFi - Family-friendly - Gas BBQ grill is available. - Self-catering accommodation - No cheese and biscuits on arrival. - Pets allowed but must stay in the fenced yard - No feeding animals, but pats are welcome - Mobile reception is weak across all networks - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have (4) dogs, (7) alpacas, (2) horses, and a bird - No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except near the fire pit. - SAFETY NOTICE: Children should remain under adult supervision at all times. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - A small fenced yard will surround the tiny house. Pets must not be left unattended when outside this fenced area. - Pets are allowed with 24 hrs' notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Pets are welcome, but must not be left unsupervised on the property at any time. Thank you for keeping them safe. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
