Parkwood House

Parkwood House is a duplex style house in a quiet gated development convenient to both Dungannon town centre and M1 motorway , mid Ulster perfect for a central location for your business or holiday stay. The space The house is duplex style with open living / dining / kitchen , hall and utility room & toilet on ground floor . The two guest bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor .The third floor is not for guest use .This is my main residence but I have the facility to move elsewhere during guests bookings allowing guests to enjoy the property privately.Hence I have gone with advertising as whole space private booking. I have asked for guests to message me in advance to approve dates. Also, as this is my residence when guests are not staying, it comes with the bonus of you having full use of kitchen , feel free to use the cooking and cleaning products there. Will always be a good supply of tea & coffee.....!! Guest access Guests can access the ground and first floor areas of the residence. The 3rd floor bedroom and office locked for storage and private use. The property will be private for guests to use and if access to the storage areas are needed they will be notified in advance. Other things to note We can arrange guest meet & greet access via lock box key facility. You can request meet & greet in person if preferred. As you will have access to the kitchen food, fridge and freezer you are permitted to use items if you wish. We run an 'honesty box' type of system in that if you use a lot of something then you either buy / leave approximate money to cover replacement. Guests find this convenient as avoids having to go to supermarket to buy items in excess to their needs (cooking oils, spices etc) .
