We offer Bed and Breakfast and/or Self-Catered accommodation to a high standard and are in an ideal location for a wide range of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire destinations and attractions. The space A light airy new build open plan studio barn with underfloor heating, internet access, TV and garden/BBQ area. The studio contains its own kitchen area with built in cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine, ironing facilities and all kitchen cutlery and utensils. The bathroom includes a walk in shower and the sleeping area includes a double bed and sofa bed. Breakfast can be ordered from reception at a surcharge of 6GBP per person, and guests can choose from continental and traditional breakfast baskets. The continental basket includes fresh rolls and pastries, meats and cheeses, fruit juices, preserves and butter. The traditional basket includes fresh bread, fruit juices, locally sourced eggs, bacon and sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms. Lunch and picnic hampers are available upon request. Complimentary WiFi and on-site parking in a cart lodge garage are available. Other things to note The immediate surrounding areas include, Thetford Forest, Elevedon Estate, Center Parcs. There is a Saxon village and Lackford Lakes nearby. Bury St Edmunds has one of the oldest Georgian Theatres in England. Cambridge has many attractions to visit. There is good train/coach access to London
