Parties, bachelor weekends and noisy gatherings do not fit the character of the neighborhood and the home and are therefore not allowed. Sitting in the garden is only allowed during the day. Not in the evening. Smoking is allowed in the garden, at most with two people at the same time, so that the coziness does not accidentally move outside. There is an air conditioner for the hot or cold days. Do not remove this from the program. Free parking is available at the appropriate locations. Ask me how to get there. Parking on the street by the house, I advise against. It costs €3 per hour and everything is within walking distance. Unloading can be done at the back of the house. The piano in the salon may be played by guests with some playing experience.
