Guest access Access to the entire home, front of garage and cottage property. Note we do not own the property across the street on the lake. There are docks on our property in the creek. Other things to note Public/Free boat launch 1/4 mile from house. Boats can be parked on property on the West side of driveway/garage. Property on the Lake is not owned by cottage. There are 2 docks on cottage property that are accessed from the Creek. To get to docks have to go under small bridge. Depending on water level and boat size, may not get but underneath.
