Welcome to our amazing house in the south archipelago of Oxnö "Oxnö". Oxnö/Torö is an island that is connected to the mainland through the Tottnä bridge. The island is about 40 minutes from Stockholm city by car and is a beautiful location where you are close to nature and a wonderful archipelago. The space The house is a beautiful archipelago house for year around accommodation of 129 sqm spread over two levels, a large terrace high located overlooking the sea and boat trail. The terrace has sun all day and evening- large outdoor table and 8 chairs as well as barbecue. The plot of 6000 sqm offers both large grass areas for play and coziness as well as forest to discover animals to nature in. Level 1: Hall, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace. Level 2: 3 bedrooms with 6 beds (can arrange 1 extra bed and travel bed “Baby”). Toilet with shower. Washer and dryer, freezer is located in the basement. Neighborhood: Quiet family friendly area with proximity to nice sandy beach and cliffs located about 400 meters from the house. Shared jetty with neighbors located 200 meters from the property. Within walking distance you will find Tottnäs smokeri where you can shop for freshly baked bread, ice cream, shrimp, fish or just take you a coffee.
