Rest easy on a queen-size bed with a premium memory foam mattress, stream your favorite shows on Netflix with fast, free WiFi, and prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Thoughtful touches like complimentary shampoo, soap, and conditioner make your stay hassle-free. Whether you’re relaxing after exploring the city or simply enjoying quiet moments in, this space has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Guest access As a guest, you’ll have full access to the condo’s amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, function hall, billiards and basketball court. Guest Visitor Policy: Visitors of registered guests are welcome to visit either inside the unit or in the lobby area until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, all non-registered visitors must leave the premises to maintain the comfort and security of all residents and guests. Other things to note • The building does have a generator but it doesn’t power up the whole building. The only thing it gives electricity to is the outlet across the kitchen near the shoe rack. •The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance •For guest staying more than a week, we recommend having the unit clean. We have a designated cleaner and for a fee she can clean the unit for you. •OUR UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH A DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE. Pick up and drop off at the clubhouse is only allowed for 15 minutes. Penalties will be shouldered by the tenant. •VISITORS NEED TO BE REGISTERED. Please inform ahead of time if you have visitors with you during check-in or while you’re staying.
