Guest suite in Fayetteville

Upgrades: -as of July 2024 1. Water softener system -Jan 2024. 2. Laundry services available for a fee 3. Tankless water heater added 4. New paint and renovation of bathroom and entrance. It is a relaxing space with a totally private entrance and self check in/out access. The guest suite is attached to the main home, but access is from outside of the main home with two separate entrances. No need to meet with host! Let yourself in! The space The room decor may not be as pictured; slight variations in bedding an overall decor. The room is 285 square feet. Parking Parking is available on the street and possibly onsite. No guarantee of onsite parking but guests may park on the street for free. Note: 1. PETS are welcomed with $20 fee per animal. 2. NO Smoking! 3. Pool is open June 1-September 10th of each year. In the guesthouse, guests have access to the following: 1. microwave, Mini-fridge with freezer, coffee pot 2. TV with free streaming Roku channels 3. Free WiFi 4. Clothes hanging space with hangers 5. Iron/Ironing board 6. Hair dryer with access to flat iron/curling iron upon request. 7. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash 8. Air conditioner/electric fire place 9. Ceiling fan 10. Bathroom with shower. The space is small at around 60 square feet. Guest access Pool is a BONUS and free. Guests are welcomed to access it, but it may not be maintained up to 48 hours after stormy weather or when host is traveling. It’s main purpose is to serve the homeowner. Guests cost does not include pool access. BBQ grills (gas and charcoal). Guest supply all needs for use. Backyard decks available with exception of the 1st floor deck. Other things to note NO SMOKING inside the guest suite Totally private entry and exit. No shared personal spaces. Pets allowed with $20 fee per animal.
