Two-story house, the ground floor reserved for visitors, with independent entrance, exclusive kitchen and bathroom. Close to Outeiro da Glória. Very safe and charming neighborhood. It has a beautiful view of Guanabara Bay and is located near Lapa, Santa Teresa, Flamengo Park and the subway. The space It is a century-old mansion located in a charming historic neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro (Outeiro da Gloria). We bought the property recently and are slowly renovating it with great care. The house is located on the south side of the Outeiro da Glória hill, with a beautiful view of Guanabara Bay, Niterói and Sugarloaf Mountain. It is a large house divided into three independent apartments. I live in one of them, the other two are exclusively for guests. Each guest apartment has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and an equipped kitchen. In the garden, we also have a laundry room, barbecue and a shower to cool off from the heat. Guest access In addition to the living room, kitchen and bathroom of the exclusive apartment for visitors, the guest has access in the common area to a green area, with trees, vegetable garden, shower, barbecue and pets (dog and kittens). We also have bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, slacklines, volleyballs, tennis rackets, beach chairs and umbrellas available. In the kitchen, in addition to a refrigerator and stove, we provide a sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, pots and basic dishes. There is also a shared laundry room. The guest has Wi-Fi access throughout the house and garden, but I would like to point out that inside the room the network is very weak and works very poorly :-/ During your stay I live on the same property, so I am available for whatever you need. Despite the proximity, I value the privacy of all residents. I'm usually only home at night and on weekends.
